Talk to us
Questions about a grade, a bug to report, a data correction, or a press enquiry — it all reaches the same inbox, and a person reads it.
What to write to us about
- A grade looks wrong. Send the product name or barcode and what surprised you. Grades come from public databases and label data, and both contain errors — reports like this are how they get fixed.
- Bugs and broken scans. Tell us what you scanned, what happened, and which device you are using. Screenshots help enormously.
- Questions about the methodology. The full scoring approach is documented in how we grade food, but if something is unclear, ask — confusing explanations are our bug, not yours.
- Feature requests. A great deal of what is in the app came from user suggestions.
- Privacy and your data. To access or delete your data, see the privacy policy. You can also delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, under the “You” tab.
- Press and partnerships. Same address — tell us what you are working on.
Response times
Nutrication is built and supported by a small independent team, so replies typically take a couple of business days rather than minutes. Every message is read by a person, and reports of incorrect grades get priority because they affect everyone who scans that product.
Before you write
A few common questions are already answered: how scanning works, how the A–D grade is calculated, and the full Learn library covering processing levels, label reading, and the rest of the methodology.
For anything health-related that is specific to you — a medical condition, a restrictive diet, a medication interaction — please speak to a doctor or registered dietitian. We can tell you what is in a food; we cannot tell you what is right for your body.
